on 25 May 2018, some changes were introduced into the Polish personal data protection law as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, (the so-called GDPR) are applicable. We send you this message as you were or currently are the client or counterparty or representative/proxy appointed by our client counterparty with whom we concluded an agreement and remain in contact in relation to our business activity. Considering the above, we prepared for you necessary information from which you will know how we process your personal data

Your personal data Controller is Hotel Atena sc. ul. Kilińskiego 7, 76-299 Słupsk (hereinafter referred to as the Hotel). The objective of processing your personal data is to keep and archive correspondence in relation to the performance of the agreement for the hotel services that we provide or provided to you, if we want to remain in commercial contact in relation to the intention to conclude an agreement in the future. The legal basis for processing personal data will be you consent given in relation to the agreement for the hotel services that we provide, provided or will potentially provide. We inform you that the consent may be withdrawn at any time and the withdrawal does not affect the validity of the processing conducted before the consent was withdrawn.

The hotel transfers personal data to the following categories of entities: Hotel Atena. After the end of the agreement, your personal data obtained as a result of the agreement for the provision of hotel services will be processed through the execution of the civil and legal claims in relation to the Agreement. You will be entitled to access your personal data and rectify, delete or limit its processing, object against the processing and file a complaint to the supervising entity that is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. The data is available in the seat of the Hotel. Additionally, the Hotel shares the address, hotelatena@onet.pl, which enables communication in regard to personal data. The hotel does not intend to share personal data outside the EEA. Providing your personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide it may hamper or prevent the performance of the agreement for provision of hotel service/delivery.
